When life’s without lemons, use oranges instead. As you may know, I am somebody who is all for beginning the day with cupcakes for breakfast (healthy ones, mind) and these orange and poppy seed are a fine example. I followed a basic cupcake recipe, using wholemeal flour and brown sugar, and added orange zest and a couple of spoonfuls of poppy seeds to the mixture. I then topped with chopped up walnuts.
Why can’t all things that have such great results be so simple to make?
