A bowl of oaty granola with chopped up apple, nuts, raspberries and banana is a fabulous fueling way to commence your week. Right now, where I am, it’s drizzling perpetually outside with the raindrops making fine tracks on my patio doors. There’s something fairly therapeutic about this…when you have no reason to leave the house (Which I don’t).
