Pinafore dresses are the ultimate cutesy garment but they also seem to be owned by every outfit blogger in the densely populated ‘blogosphere.’ Thankfully though, it’s difficult for us to get tired of the dress as Suno has livened it up with a fun makeover.
And who’s that fresh faced and vibrant looking veteran stepping through New York? That’ll be the ol’ cricket jumper with a spread of crisp blue washed over traditional white. Rag & Bone is a cool brand and if it’s trying to convert you into regarding cricket as a cool sport I think you should go along with it.
Summer is so much better when filled with sweet wrapper and sci-fi (but here on Yummy Like Cake preference has to go to the former) metallics. Zimmerman, who traveled from Down Under for their premier show at New York fashion week, presented us with robotic silvers while Marc by Marc Jacobs’ pastels had me smitten just like Burberry Prorsum’s metallic offerings did last summer.
On the topic of love, the award for the most desirable collection goes to Tommy Hilfiger. Athletic, preppy and inspired by the beach, it’s my idea of sartorial heaven and I want to stay there forever.
