…Hello cheesy kale chips, the great alternative to a packet of crisps! I’ve been a lover of roasted kale for what feels like forever now but it was only today I decided to try the cheesy variety. I say these are good for snacking but they are also ideal for taking with you when eating on the move. (which is exactly what I did…train journeys had never been so yummy)

To prepare…
Simply take out a couple of handfuls of kale, wash and dry them and then spread out on an oven tray. Grate some cheese over the top and then place in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180.
