Autumn smoothie

Wakey wakey, head downstairs,
take out your apples, your plums, your pears
Prepare this smoothie and take some sips,
enjoy the taste of autumn beneath your lips

Yes, the season isn’t only experienced through nature, fashion and food, it can be experienced through drinks too. Like this smoothie which is made from Autumny flavours of one chopped up apple, one chopped up pear, three chopped up plums, a couple of spoonfuls of yogurt (I used Rachel’s apple and cinnamon) and a sprinkling of cinnamon on top.
